The first step to becoming a new Dori Tails client is a FREE 30-minute Virtual Meet & Greet with me. In that videoconference call we will talk about your needs, and I will explain my services and answer any questions you may have. We will also schedule a FREE 30-minute In-Person Meet & Greet which will take place in your home so I can meet you and your pets. If the In-Person Meet & Greet works out for everyone, I will finish onboarding you as a client, and help you book your first services.

Yes, an In-Person Meet & Greet session is required before I will agree to provide services. During this 30-minute consultation in your home, I will introduce myself to you and your pets, assess your pets’ personalities and how they behave around me, take a tour to see where important supplies and equipment are located, and how to use your security system if you have one. It’s also a great time for you to ask any remaining questions you may have.
If your pet seems nervous or anxious around me during the In-Person Meet & Greet, I will be more than happy to work with both you and your pet(s) to help them be more comfortable. If additional visits are required to get your pet used to me, they will be charged at the Periodic Drop-in Visit rate of $20 for 25 minutes. However, please note that due to liability issues, I CANNOT care for dogs that have shown aggression towards people, or that are not up to date on their vaccinations.
